You are someone I thought of who could benefit from additional time.

Since spring brings new beginnings and fresh opportunities, at DMR, we’re excited to share two NEW service offerings –

Virtual Solutions Executive Services

and

Beneficial Ownership Reporting (BOI) Support!

NEW!!! Virtual Solutions Executive Services

Imagine scaling your business while feeling thoroughly supported every step of the way. Doesn’t that sound amazing? With DMR’s NEW Virtual Solutions Executive Team, this vision can become your reality!

Six years ago, I enlisted the support of Carrie Jareed without fully comprehending the potential of a virtual assistant. Today, Carrie stands as my trusted ally, handling everything from team building to emails along with a myriad of other high-level administrative tasks. Her support allows me to channel my energies into what truly drives my business forward: engaging with clients and fostering growth.

By personally having a virtual executive who has my back (every step of the way), I now have more creative freedom, and peace of mind, and feel the possibilities for my business are endless. I want the same for each of my valued client friends.  —Deidra

After experiencing firsthand the incredible value of having a virtual executive who is a true partner, we’re thrilled to introduce a solution that elevates the standard of virtual assistance. Not just an order taker, but a right-hand thinking partner, someone who anticipates your needs and works with you shoulder to shoulder.

As entrepreneurs, we often find ourselves juggling countless tasks, unable to foresee every challenge. That’s why having a dedicated advocate by your side is invaluable.

If you’re ready to expand your business while enjoying unwavering support, Carrie and our NEW Virtual Solutions Executive Team are here for you!

The Sky is Not the Limit

NEW!!! Beneficial Owner Information (BOI) Reporting

In 2021, Congress passed the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. This law creates a new BOI reporting requirement whereby most U.S. entities must report information about their ownership to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) by January 1, 2025.

We care about you and want you to feel supported!

The FinCEN website for information and to apply can be found at BOI E-Filing System.  We’re happy to help you with the process.

If you have any questions, our resident expert, Dianne Szabo is available to hold your hand through this NEW reporting requirement. Accordingly, please reach out to Dianne at dianne@dmraccounting.com.

Important Note:  The penalty for not completing your BOI report can be substantial, including imprisonment for up to two years and/or a fine of up to $10,000.

Reporting Due Dates –

Existing Businesses:  If your company already exists as of January 1, 2024, the initial BOI report must be filed by January 1, 2025.

New Entities established in 202490-Day deadline If your company is created or registered to do business on or after January 1, 2024, and before January 1, 2025, you have 90 calendar days after receiving actual or public notice that the company’s creation or registration is effective to file its initial BOI report.

Future Entities established after 202430-Day deadline If your company is created or registered to do business on or after January 1, 2025, you will have 30 calendar days after receiving actual or public notice that the company’s creation or registration is effective to file its initial BOI report.

Please note that there could be changes to these due dates and requirements as this is a new reporting requirement, however, we recommend that you err on the side of caution and file as soon as possible.
