Kyle Ryan
Kyle Ryan is a
results oriented IT professional who has worked in IT for over 10 years. He has worked on projects for
several industry leaders. Some of the projects involved:
- Converting an existing green screen application for a major pharmaceutical into a dynamic web application using Spring and Hibernate on the back end and ExtJS on the front end.
- Working with Alfresco to publish marketing information to the corporate extranet of a major television network.
- Automating an existing manual order management process, using EDI and BizTalk 2006. The result of the automation significantly reduced manual input errors and freed three data entry people to focus on other aspects of the business.
- Integrating a large financial corporation with two large partners allow it to transact with up to 250,000 new retailers.
Specializing in enterprise java solutions, Kyle has a long history of completing complex integration projects on time working with the following technologies:
- Languages: Java, C# perl, shell scripting, groovy and python
- Databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server and MySQL using SQL and PL/SQL
- Application Frameworks: Jboss, Weblogic, Alfresco, BizTalk, Pentaho, Liferay and NetSuite
In addition to enterprise level applications, Kyle has developed several web sites. Examples of his work are:
- Get Things Done LLC
- Austin Regional Clinic: Created an appointment scheduling and tracking application for their public website. Built their corporate intranet, which facilitated communication between their many clinics.
- Deborah Main Designs: Implemented a shopping cart where Deborah was able to sell her products.
